Garage sale finds: $5 Gateway GT5618E Desktop Computer overview and demostration, For five dollars this computer was an absolute steal! The PC has 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a Athlon 64 X2 4400+ processor, a 320GB Caviar Blue HDD running at 7200rpm, a 56K phone and Fax modem, a 16X DVD±R/RW SuperMulti Drive (there is also space for another drive), NVIDIA GeForce 6150LE Integrated Graphics, and the PC appears to have been upgraded sometime in its life. These upgrades include a creative labs sound-blaster audio card and new fans.
In this video I will take a look inside the computer, I will also demonstrate the computer running Windows Vista, and Lubuntu 13.10.
